For Florida real estate professionals
Homeowners use Your Company to estimate what they would walk away with. You receive Florida seller leads two ways: consent-verified requests from sellers who ask for a review, and sourced seller leads we bring in. Each reaches you in the county you cover with the property, the estimate, the timeframe and a consent record. Depending on the market, you claim leads from your county pool or they are assigned to you.

How you get leads
Your county decides which leads you can get. How each lead reaches you depends on the market.

Depending on the market, new leads either wait in a shared pool for you to claim, first to claim keeps it, or they are assigned to you automatically. No bidding, no auction.
Calculator sellers check a box asking to be contacted. Sourced leads arrive with the consent the original service recorded. We keep the record either way.

FAQ
Licensed Florida real estate professionals: agents, brokers and team leads. We review every application before a market is switched on.
Two kinds: consent-verified requests from sellers who run their numbers and ask for a review, and sourced seller leads we bring in. Both are Florida home sellers, and both reach you with the property, the estimate, the timeframe and a consent record.
By the method the owner sets for each market. Some leads wait in a shared pool for any covering professional to claim, first to claim keeps it. Others are assigned to you automatically. When leads are assigned automatically and several professionals qualify, the one who has waited longest since their last lead goes first. There is no bidding and no auction.
Pool leads are visible to the professionals who cover that county until one of them claims it, then it is theirs alone and leaves everyone else's pool. Assigned leads go to one professional from the start.
Before a calculator request is sent, the seller checks a box that reads:
Acknowledgement: I agree to the Sellers Net Pay Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Calculator Disclaimer. I understand that calculator results are estimates only and are not guaranteed closing proceeds. Request to connect: I request to be connected with a participating real estate professional and authorize Sellers Net Pay to share the contact, property, and transaction information I provided with the professional(s) identified to me or selected in connection with my request so they may respond to my inquiry.
We store that exact wording, its version and the time with the lead. Sourced leads arrive with the consent the original service recorded, kept with the lead.
